Brand treatment/identity refresh for a photography contest. The goal was to slightly change the existing visual language using photographic tools. 
Previous edition was styled in black and white, and in 2021 we went with depth of field trick and vibrant colour sourced from contest host: Bird in Flight’s signature pink.


The concept of the Bird in Flight Prize is to support photographers who think outside the box of traditional artistic standards. 

This contest was always not about photo projects that cater to the existing general demand. It’s about discovering new ways to tell a story using the means and tools of photography. 
2021 edition went big: finalists’ works were broadcasted on screens of Kyiv’s biggest business centers for more than a week, 75 times a day. And later exposed in Lithuania.
